#上海民警猥亵继女案即将开庭#
11月28日下午，上海民警刘某涛猥亵继女案一审在虹口区人民法院开庭。检察院以刘某涛涉嫌猥亵儿童罪、强制猥亵罪提起公诉。
如今已经24岁的受害者梅子（化名）将出庭直面继父刘某涛，控诉其在2010年至2021年间对自己进行的多次猥亵行为，“我想要我的前半生有个交代。”
早在梅子五年级时，母亲李女士其实就从她口中听说被继父猥亵一事。从难以相信，到和女儿共同顾及彼此安全和家庭利益，到忍无可忍清醒报警，李女士表示自己愿意接受一切指责，是自己没有给女儿足够的安全感和保护空间。梅子抚慰她，这不是李女士的错，是施害者的错，是施害者在犯罪。
此次开庭，李女士称希望法院能对刘某涛顶格处罚

As early as when Mei Zi was in the fifth grade, her mother, Ms. Li, actually heard from her that she was molested by her stepfather. From being unable to believe it, to taking into account the safety and family interests of each other with her daughter, to being unable to bear it and calling the police, Ms. Li said that she was willing to accept all accusations and that she did not give her daughter enough sense of security and protection space. Mei Zi comforted her that it was not Ms. Li’s fault, but the fault of the perpetrator, who was committing a crime.
At this hearing, Ms. Li said that she hoped the court would impose the maximum penalty on Liu Moutao
