#吉林一高校拟推“女生应主动微笑点头”礼仪规范#
近日，吉林省白城师范学院向学生下发了一份《校园礼仪规范》征求意见，其中“女士在各种生活场景中，应该主动微笑点头致意，以示亲和”的表述引发热议。
11月19日，校方一工作人员告诉上游新闻记者：“学校推行《校园礼仪规范》的初衷是倡导良好的校园文化，希望培养面向社会、心情开朗、文化素养高的大学生。微笑点头的礼仪并非强制执行，学生可以个人选择是否遵守。”
白城师范学院一名对接学生工作的陈老师（化名）进一步向记者解释：“这是从大学教育理念出发，旨在帮助学生塑造人生观，并非为了为难学生。学校绝不会强迫执行，更不会设置任何惩罚措施。礼仪规范是一种倡导，而不是规定。”陈老师强调，部分内容可能因表述引起误解，学校会在后续征求意见中完善表述，明确校园礼仪的建议性。

On November 19, a staff member of the school told the upstream news reporter: “The original intention of the school to promote the “Campus Etiquette Standard” is to advocate a good campus culture and hope to cultivate college students who are oriented to society, cheerful and culturally literate. The etiquette of smiling and nodding is not mandatory, and students can choose whether to comply with it personally.”
Teacher Chen (pseudonym), who works with students at Baicheng Normal University, further explained to reporters: “This is based on the university education concept and aims to help students shape their outlook on life, not to embarrass students. The school will never force it to be implemented, let alone set any punishment measures. Etiquette standards are an advocacy, not a regulation.” Teacher Chen emphasized that some content may cause misunderstandings due to the expression, and the school will improve the expression in the subsequent solicitation of opinions to clarify the advisory nature of campus etiquette.
