近日 日本 警方 破获一起涉 中国 籍人士的非法风俗业案件。32岁的中国籍女子 陈立凤 涉嫌与丈夫经营 非法 风俗店 强迫两名 中国 女 留学生 提供性服务。案件涉及在东京池袋利用多处公寓开展非法性交易，主要面向中国籍顾客，违反《风俗营业法》。警方在突击行动中逮捕16名中国籍员工及2名日本男子。
据调查，该非法业务自去年8月至今年9月总营业额约达5.8亿日元（约3000万人民币）。案件主谋被指为陈立凤的丈夫，目前已潜逃，可能逃回中国，日本警方正在全力追捕。

Recently, Japanese police cracked an illegal sex business case involving Chinese nationals. 32-year-old Chinese woman Chen Lifeng is suspected of operating an illegal sex shop with her husband and forcing two Chinese female international students to provide sexual services. The case involves using multiple apartments in Ikebukuro, Tokyo to carry out illegal sex transactions, mainly targeting Chinese customers, in violation of the Sex Business Law. The police arrested 16 Chinese employees and 2 Japanese men in the raid.
According to the investigation, the total turnover of the illegal business from August last year to September this year was about 580 million yen (about 30 million yuan). The mastermind of the case was said to be Chen Lifeng’s husband, who has now absconded and may have fled back to China. The Japanese police are pursuing him with all their efforts.
