据柬媒初步报道，11 月 12 日凌晨，西港警方破获一起中国人当街绑架案。当天西港市内4分区奥切迭海滩前，发生一起绑架案件，一名中国人当街被一群中国人强行抓进车内然后被带走。
警方接获消息后，立即展开调查工作，并于11月12日凌晨3点多，在4分区奥特斯海滩附近路段成功拦截了嫌疑人车辆，过程解救了受害者以及逮捕了6名嫌疑人。
目前，警方正在对此案展开调查

According to preliminary reports from Cambodian media, in the early morning of November 12, Sihanoukville police cracked a case of Chinese kidnapping on the street. On that day, a kidnapping case occurred in front of Ochhedi Beach in District 4 of Sihanoukville. A Chinese was forcibly grabbed into a car by a group of Chinese and then taken away.
After receiving the news, the police immediately launched an investigation and successfully intercepted the suspect’s vehicle on the road near Otres Beach in District 4 at around 3 am on November 12. The victim was rescued and 6 suspects were arrested in the process.
Currently, the police are investigating the case.
